baelc7: seventh bonn applied english linguistics conference
The Seventh Annual Bonn Applied English Linguistics Conference took place on May 4-5, 2018 with a special focus on language teaching and learning.
We were delighted to present a very interesting program which included two keynote lectures in honor of BAEL's 20th anniversary: Prof. Dr Susanne Niemeier (Koblenz) discussed the topic "Cognitive grammar meets task-based language teaching", while Prof. Dr Christopher J. Hall (York) talked about "The many meanings of English: An ontological framework for Applied English Linguistics".
